Join us for the 4th Annual ACF Chefs of Northwest Indiana Golf Outing in memory of Chef Harry

• Sunday July 28th 10 am registration 12 pm Shotgun start
• $125 per golfer includes Skins entry, Breakfast, grab and go lunch at Clubhouse, 3 drink tickets and Dinner buffet.
• Raffle baskets and 50/50 drawing.
• Shot with Harry on the course.
• Registration and payments will be online no payments at the door.
• Register by July 10th and receive your free t-shirt. Please provide the shirt size or sizes for your group.
• Hole Sponsorships available through the registration.
• Seperate tickets available for dinner only.
• Deadline for registration is July 23rd no refunds.
