This year the American Culinary Federation Chefs of Northwest Indiana are proud to partner with the Northwest Indiana Food Council and their Food Hub Region Roots. A portion of the proceeds from this years event will be donated to the Northwest Indiana Food Council. The Chefs at the event are encouraged to work with local farmers through Region Roots in order to showcase their products.
This is a 21 and over event.
Tickets are $100 per person through online registration or $125 at the door.

Region Roots is a mission-driven, non-profit local food hub operated by the
NWI Food Council since 2021. We serve to connect small scale and underserved farmers
with wholesale market opportunities and resources.
Region Roots is the NWI Food Council’s first local food hub for bulk buyers. The council is a grassroots organization that launched in December 2015 with support from NIRPC, Valpo Law, Food Bank of NWI, and Purdue Extension. The Council serves all of Northwest Indiana: Lake, Porter, LaPorte, Newton, Jasper, Starke, & Pulaski counties, and cultivates a just, thriving and regenerative food system for all in NW Indiana.
We are committed to providing high-quality, healthy, and safe products for our customers. We uphold strict standards for all the products we supply, ensuring they comply with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as meet all standards for quality, food safety, packaging, grading, and labeling.
